Your First Visit

Please review the following information carefully:

• The initial visit will involve a comprehensive allergy-related history and physical examination. If allergy skin testing is performed, your initial visit could last as long as 2-3 hours.
• Bring your insurance and ID card. We accept most insurances. Please contact your insurance company to find out if our specialty services are covered. Patients with HMO health insurance should remember to bring in a referral from their primary care physician.
• Payments for deductibles, copayments or non-covered services are due at the time of your office visit and may be paid by cash, check, or credit card.
